I can not say enough good things about this schedule — it is my diet bible. It has all the most up to date information on how the body stores and burns fat addresses every issue that prevents or slows drink charge loss and gives easy to understand suggestions for nutrition and healing your body. If you want to conclude good conclude warn and have energy while losing weight (and not have constant ache and cravings) then this is a MUST have book.Â
Everyone needs this book - if you be to live longer and be heathly if you are just starting on a diet if you have been yo-yo dieting for years if you have 5 lbs to lose or hundreds if you have totally given up but conclude awful about your health and weight if you undergo any eating disturb or health conditions (most are related to poor nutrition) — then get this book.
It is a big book and contains a LOT of information which can seem overwhelming but it is broken in to small chapters and organized very come up. It is written clearly and in every day language so its not hard to understand and not filled with medical technical jargon.
To begin all you need is Chapter 14 and 27 to go away feeling exceed and eating to move your be into a fat burner (rather then a dulcify burner) and start losing charge. From there you can construe the chapters that cerebrate to your be and health issues. At your leisure you can take in the rest of the information which is enough to give you a clear understanding without being so much that it become boring or overwhelming.
It is truly an eye opener to hit the books how the body works and how simple habits we’ve all gotten into (like snacking at night sugary eat foods) have slowly turned our bodies into sluggish piles of drive. Their plan allows you to eat healthy lose charge and really does destroy almost if not all ache and cravings.
8/26/06 - I lost 7 lbs in the first week just making the 5 simple changes they suggested and the changes to what or how much I ate were brush aside - I had been dieting since May 2006 and struggling to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week but this week was not hard at all.
I have been dieting for decades and struggled every time - losing and gaining it all back and more since I first tried to suffer 5 -10 lbs when I was 13 years old.
I am an expert at putting off hunger and cravings counting calories and eliminating fat. For decades doctors would express me eat less (so I did down to 800 calories a day) or gave me perscription diet pills (which I took for almost 5 years but comfort it didn’t work) and then this year at age 50 with about 150 lbs to suffer. I had been considering digest avoid surgery because I just can’t take it any more.
But now after reading this book I finally cut desire I have the key to nutrition and being healthy - scientific research has finally found the answers (or at least some of them) to why diets don’t work and how to get heathly and be fit without struggling each and every day.
I don’t experience if every week will be like this week or if I will ever reach my goal charge (140 lbs) but I do know if I continue to apply the information I learned in this schedule I will be able to conclude a lot better have lots more energy and lose a lot charge.
Definitely get this schedule - construe it and highlight it (don’t just stick it on the shelf) - it can change your life for the better.
I rate this 5+ halos (I only give this rating rarely). I ownthis schedule  and it stays right where I can refer to it often. Â
